The Hilochee
The Hilochee is a beautifully custom-designed home with LVP luxury vinyl plank floors with 8-foot solid wood paneled doors. This House has a custom oversized quartz counter island at 14 feet long, with double-stacked glass door cabinets, a custom black farmhouse sink, and matching appliances.
The master bath has a spa-like feel with a built-in jacuzzi tub, double vanities with a rain shower head, and handhelds. The custom baths all have frameless shower enclosures throughout with horizontal side drains and roll-in showers. The 10-foot tall ceilings run throughout with a stepped tray ceiling in the main living room and master with crown molding.
